Charles W. Alexander currently serves as our President at ANDL. Charles has a very extensive background spanning a 40 year career working for the Federal Government. His influence covered five departments and agencies, namely serving as a Senior Operations Manager at the US State Department and as Deputy Executive Secretary at both the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the White 

Rashid Littlejohn is our VP & the founder & Executive Director of The Green Campaign (GCAMP) and premiere program Guns For Grants. His efforts have served youth and community for the last 15-years providing value to many of NYC’s young people. His passions extend to art, music & American Negro history. 2021 he began the process of establishing a social club & lineage society entitled the New Negro

Princess Rodman wears many hats for our organization but currently serves as our Secretary for ANDL. Although she may be new to the overall inner workings of a 501c(3), she has demonstrated a high level of knowledge, professionalism, and expertise in what she has been able to contribute to our team thus far. She also has an extensive background in telecommunications, sales, & marketing strategies.
