Charles W. Alexander is the President of the Anti-Negro Defamation League (ANDL) and brings with him over 40 years of distinguished service in the Federal Government, where he worked across five departments and agencies. His career included key leadership roles such as Senior Operations Manager at the U.S. State Department and Deputy Executive Secretary at both the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and the White House.

Following his retirement from federal service, Charles has continued to dedicate himself to community leadership. He currently serves as President of the Forest Run Homeowners Association in Prince George’s County, Maryland — a role he has held for the past seven years. In this capacity, he collaborates with county council members, officials, law enforcement, local businesses, and civic groups to strengthen community engagement and improve quality of life for residents.

Charles brings to ANDL a wealth of experience in operations, governance, and coalition-building, ensuring that the organization remains firmly grounded in both strategic leadership and community service.

Rashid Littlejohn is the founder and Executive Director of The Green Campaign (GCAMP) and its premiere program Guns for Grants. His journey in community engagement began in 2008, after attending a tree-planting event in Brownsville, Brooklyn. Inspired by this experience, Rashid created a small collective that grew into GCAMP, an initiative dedicated to teaching young people about sustainability, environmental appreciation, and community reinvestment.

Through this work, Rashid began conducting workshops in New York City schools and communities as a Department of Education (DOE) vendor and steward with New York Restoration Projects. To strengthen his leadership, he completed a 10-month fellowship with Public Allies NY, serving as a program assistant with Community Resource Exchange, where he expanded his expertise in nonprofit sustainability practices and the theory of change model.

Rashid then spent seven years as a Program Director in New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) community centers, where he served some of the city’s most disenfranchised neighborhoods. There, he developed and directed programs such as My Playground, My Escape and Guns for Grants, reinforcing GCAMP’s mission of prevention through early engagement and dynamic youth programming.

In 2023, Rashid officially incorporated The Green Campaign as a 501(c)(3). For him, GCAMP stands for “Genuinely Care About My Planet.” He believes that true environmental stewardship begins with people, and by providing pathways for personal growth and enrichment, individuals are better equipped to care for their communities — and ultimately, the planet.

Princess R. Rodman is the current Secretary and one of the founding members of the Anti-Negro Defamation League (ANDL). She has been instrumental in shaping the organization’s core focus on research and historical preservation, education, and strategic activism and outreach.

With a professional background in telecommunications and sales, Princess also brings her creative side into her work. She is a self-taught artist with a passion for graphic arts, a dedicated student of art history, and an avid collector of antiques and historical memorabilia.

Princess is deeply committed to serving on the front lines as a vanguard for preserving the Negro legacy. Her dedication reflects a profound understanding of the importance of protecting heritage, countering erasure, and ensuring that future generations inherit both the truth and the pride of their identity.
